Die casting metals

Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mould cavity. how to avoid corrosion for the polished aluminum die casting parts

Till now I still didn’t find a good way to avoid corrosion for the polished aluminum die casts.

We can apply electro plating for the aluminum die casts to last life, but there is no good way to keep polished parts in good condition, otherwise we change the aluminum material or use another technology to produce the parts.

Maybe some professional can give me a good suggestion to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!
